We provide the first 14 days absolutely free of charge, so you're not paying anything while we get you set up.

After that, if we're not providing the service you require, just give us 30 days notice. At the end of the 30 days, we'll remove all our software from your assets.

If you've decided to go with another IT provider, we'll do our best to make the move as easy as possible.

For the most part, the process is automated from our end. Once we have a signed agreement and email addresses for your staff, we'll send them a link to download and install our monitoring agent.

Once installed, we install most things remotely.

For some things, like setting up 2FA for your computers, your staff will need to go through a short enrolment process and log out / log in.

If we require access to perform a task, we'll organise a convenient time with the relevant staff member.

The answers to these are -

Yes. We require clients to be on direct debit from their credit card. Payments are processed and card details are stored securely by Stripe. SIIT retains no credit card details on our systems.

No, you don't pay anything at signup time.

Yes, you are required to enter your credit card details at the time of signup. We will contact you before the end of the 14-day trial period to remind you of your first payment. You'll need to advise us if you wish to discontinue the service before the end of the 14-day trial and provide us with adequate access to remove our software.
