Right now, we’re specifically looking for a person to fill the following role –
Junior / Level 1 Support Desk Rep (Part Time)
Work from home.
$45k pro-rata package.
AU & US Public Holidays.
We’re looking for a self motivated person to fill a Part Time (25hrs / wk Tues – Sat) Junior / Level 1 Support role.
You’ll be providing support services for our international client (also an MSP), based in San Francisco, from here in Melbourne. That will mean 5, 6 or 7am starts depending on the time of year, and your afternoons and Mondays to yourself.
Most importantly, you’ll be part of helping to define our culture and you’ll be given every opportunity to grow your role as our business grows.
You’ll need to have
- A strong, reliable work ethic;
- Your own computer;
- CompTIA A+ Certification (or experience demonstrating such knowledge);
- A quality, reliable internet connection
You’ll also need to know your way around Windows 7, 8, 8.1 and 10 as well. MS certification would be an advantage, but not compulsory.
Experience using and / or administering the following systems will also be looked on favourably –
Zendesk Ticket Management
Dropbox for Business
Meraki Cloud-managed Network Systems
Microsoft Office 365
